A comprehensive rebranding of ePoints, a popular customer loyalty card. The brand is well known locally with a large consumer base. Rebranding ePoints involved rethinking its promise, developing a new communication approach and investigating all aspects of interaction between ePoints, its customers and its network of merchants. Everything from ePoints' cards, retail collateral and web interface was redesigned.
